After submitting the form,  go ahead and put in your order for a Custom Wig. make sure to choose the option "Medical Wig" before submitting your order. The medical wig will be tailored to your desired style. 

Wait within 48 hrs for orders to be confirmed. Our stylist will contact you if there is additional information needed.
