By booking a hair service or custom wig order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure clarity and professional service for all clients.
1. Scope of Services
Bookings and orders made through this website are exclusively for professional hair styling services and the custom creation of wigs. These services are provided for personal use only and not for resale or unauthorized commercial purposes. unless client have reach out to the Hairstylist, and they have consented for Commercial Purposes
2. Booking and Payment Terms
All services must be booked through our online portal. Payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We accept major credit cards and digital payments as specified during the checkout process. The rest of the payments in cash unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling and No-Shows
We value our time and yours. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may result in a forfeit of the deposit. Continuous no-shows will be charged the full service fee and may be barred from future bookings.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate health information, including allergies to dyes or products. You are responsible for determining suitability for services and following all provided care instructions to ensure the longevity of your style or wig.
5. Custom Wig Orders
Custom wig orders are non-refundable once production has started. Due to the nature of human hair products, slight variations in color or texture may occur. Processing times are estimates and vary based on the level of customization required.
6. Limitations of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service or product provided. We are not responsible for any reactions or damage caused by undisclosed medical conditions or improper client maintenance of hair or wigs.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a booking through this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. We reserve the right to modify these terms as needed for business operations.
