8. Do you have any important tips for the insurance process?
Yes. Keep copies of all sales receipts or invoices for your cranial prosthesis, as they may be needed for deductible purposes. If your claim is denied, you can file an appeal with your insurance company.
Booking & Policies – FAQ
1. Do you braid on refunded or returned hair?
No. We do not provide braiding services on hair that has been refunded or returned.
2. Is there a booking fee and how does it work?
Yes. We require a booking fee of $50, which is applied toward the total price of your hair service.
3. What is your cancellation and late policy?
You have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a new booking fee may be required.
4. Do you offer consultations?
Yes. We offer and highly recommend consultations for larger services such as extensions, weddings, and medical-grade wigs. During the consultation, we will discuss your hair goals and expectations.
5. What if I am not satisfied with my service?
Please notify us within 1 day, and we will work with you to make it right.
6. Do you have experience with my hair type?
Yes. Renew Hair Salon is a fully licensed salon, and we specialize in all hair types.
7. What professional products do you use?
We use professional-grade products from Afriam, Tentel, Influence Hair Care, Design Essentials, and other nature-inspired product lines.
8. How should I prepare for my appointment?
Renew Hair Salon takes complete care of your hair, including washing, deep conditioning, and detangling. Extensive detangling may have an additional fee. If you prefer to wash your hair at home, please ensure your hair is clean, fully blow-dried, and free of heavy products before your appointment.
9. Do you offer a loyalty program or discounts?
Yes. Loyalty rewards and discounts are available and listed on our website.
10. How do I book my first appointment?
You can book your appointment online using our hair consultation form, or you can call the salon directly.
11. Are you responsible for correcting services done elsewhere?
No. Renew Hair Salon is not responsible for correcting or fixing any hair services that were performed elsewhere within the last week.
